Update: Thank you so much for the new storm...Lake Sunny. As always, the sounds in the track are outstanding with no discernable looping. The developer is a rare breed these days. He frequently adds new tracks and is always on top of bugs and iOS updates. Two big thumbs up!!! Update: The developer paid attention to the reviews and the most recent update restored the original storm names. Thank you!!! Thunderspace is a beautifully designed app with a wide variety of realistic 3D thunderstorms that have imperceptible looping. The "Rumble Bundle" is reasonably priced and new storms are included on a regular basis. The lightning flashes, which are a cool feature, tend to drain the battery; I usually turn it off after a few minutes. The developer is responsive to emails and quick to submit bug fixes. Two thumbs up!!

This app tunes out the noise when I need to study most. Truly a lifesaver for me, and an example of technology used well. 5 stars!

Given that this is not a free app, the in-app purchases seem too expensive. Either drop the IAP prices, or make the app (and its two free sounds) free. That said, I do like the sounds and find the app makes it easier to concentrate when writing.

This app is like no other this app puts me to sleep and ready for work every day I sure thing give thanks to all those who invented this app for making my little life a little bit easier on a different note I share this app with my friends and family and share appreciate all The Hardwork I recommend this app for anybody who wants a little bit of peace

All of a sudden they add a few storms and the price of each additional track is $9.99 or $39.99 for all of them! Get a grip. This is a nice UI with pleasant storm sounds but ten bucks a track it is not.

Favorite app EVER. Best storm sounds, I think because they are authentic. Free versions are great, but, well worth buying. Just LOVE.

This "free" version...on sale today...only get two free sounds... Really...a joke

I suffer from a spinal cord injury, so it is very hrs for my to sleep. I have insomnia really bad. So far this is the only app , that can actually put me to sleep. It feels as if your just standing right outside but not getting wet! Hands down the only app and best app out there!

This program is well worth the money. My first intention was to use this app at bedtime. However, its really great in my studio when I am working. Soon, Im in the middle of a thunderstorm! This app really helps me to relax and to be more productive. Very enjoyable. You should try it.

Summary: Best relaxation sounds app (by far) that Ive ever heard on the market! Perfect fun-to-use user interface. Greatest rain sounds Ive ever heard - this app makes you feel like youre literally in the rainstorm! Calming, soothing rain sounds with occasional thunder in the background. I also bought the in-app Rumble Bundle that gives you ALL the sounds (and any new sounds added to the app in the future)! I suggest creating a new sound called "Beach House." The ocean waves would be quieter and more soothing than on "Ocean Shore" (which sounds like youre right there on the beach next to crashing waves). "Beach House" would sound as though you were relaxing and drinking a Corona (with lime slice!) on the deck of your beach house as the soothing waves calmly and steadily crest on the beach in the distance maybe 100 yards away, and a little bit of faraway thunder makes it more interesting. This app is always there to help you when you want to relax, study, fall asleep, read, meditate, or just chillax. Buy it now.

Im a fan of this developer and his sound apps, but I dont feel I got good value with this purchase. Ive purchased a couple other apps in the series, and expected a similar range of multiple sound options. I was very disappointed to discover only two storms come with the original purchase. Additional in-app paid options are fine, but for the original paid app having only two storms doesnt sit right with me.

I paid for the full download to discover there are only two sound options to choose from. You have to spend an additional $3.99 for each of the remaining 14 or $14.99 for the bundle. Completely unacceptable

I absolutely LOVE the sounds and overall feel of this app. My only complaint are the graphics... strange I know, but I wish the home screen icon along with the inner UI graphics were updated to a higher quality to match the high quality of the rest of the app. Other than that, I feel the pricing is over the top. You ask us to pay $2.99 for 2 sounds, and an additional $2.99 for more... Should REALLY consider making this a free app. GREAT app, just needs a few more tweaks!

I really like this app.. This is really great for me.

I love Thunderspace so much! Ive owned it for a few years now and its proven to be more than worth every penny I initially spent. Nights where I feel stressed out or just cant fall asleep I pull out my headphones, select a storm, and just listen. It never fails to calm me down and lull me into a peaceful nights slumber. Dream Quest is probably my all time favorite but each and every one of these soundscapes are unique and enthralling.

When I lay in bed at night I often think of my depression, and this app really helps me calm down to the point where I can take my mind off of my depression. I dont know what I would do without this app, so thanks Franz for epic sounds and the cheesy descriptions that make me laugh!
